About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to join their team. This role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and involves close collaboration with the customer to plan and execute facility upgrades and projects, including equipment upgrades, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic projects. The Project Manager will interface directly with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers on-site, review project plans, present execution options, establish timelines, order materials, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The position requires a passion for exceptional customer service, expertise in industrial facility maintenance, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead a team effectively. The role is instrumental in implementing MacLellan's "BEST SYSTEMS" and driving "BEST RESULTS" by identifying and eliminating waste.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with peers, management, subordinates, and corporate resources to positively impact performance.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings.

  • Experience using boom and scissor lifts, comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet.
  • Experience running electrical conduit and compressed air piping.
  • Experience welding/fabricating and operating various shop equipment.
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Experience completing JHA and identifying work hazards.
  • Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems and installations.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations as required for facility projects.
  • Must have a high mechanical and electrical aptitude that can be demonstrated with standardized testing / or experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of Industrial Facility Project or Maintenance Experience preferred.
  • Training equivalent to journeyman status or certification in an engineering discipline preferred.

Responsibilities
