As a Maintenance Porter, you will be responsible for keeping the facility safe, clean, and up to the standards of Easy, Clean, Service, making a direct impact on customer experience. This role involves being hands-on with both indoor and outdoor tasks, contributing to safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Reliable, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with basic repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, exterior)
- Complete routine and light maintenance tasks: painting, wall patching, latch installations, corner guard repair, cutting locks
- Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other season or urgent needs
