About The Position

The Maintenance Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of community models, vacant apartments, and public access areas for current and prospective residents. The Maintenance Porter assists the Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Supervisor in general maintenance and repairs while ensuring compliance with State laws and regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies.
Organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to details as required.
Ability to understand, read and write, basic English to effectively communicate and respond to common inquiries from current and prospective residents.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 1 Year Property Management Experience Preferred
General Maintenance Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

Perform property maintenance, including preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency tasks under general supervision
Maintain the property in a presentable condition including; cleaning offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, and all other public access or property amenities
Assist with the removing of furniture or debris from model units, tour units, and vacant units
Assist and complete maintenance requests within 24 hours, notifying residents and management when there may be delays
Complete monthly preventative maintenance, including lighting, fire safety, pools, signage, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
Assist in promoting CloudTen Residential.
