Requirements

Must have 5 to 10 years of related experience in a high output manufacturing or packaging facility.
Strong inter-personal and leadership skills.
Computerized Maintenance Management System expertise
Must be able to work off shift and weekends

Nice To Haves

Project management and Capital project management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise all aspects of the CMMS in a manufacturing environment.
Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the preventive maintenance program.
Responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and systems.
Plan and execute mechanical and electrical Best Practice goals within the CMMS environment.
Develop and execute plant equipment revitalization projects.
Development of instrumental training for the manufacturing plant mechanics and electricians within the CMMS environment.
Supervise and control maintenance parts pricing with vendors, inventory & expense budgets.
Partner with Maintenance and Operations Departments on the development of maintenance schedules ensuring availability of necessary parts, etc.
Execute continuous improvements events to drive out loss and increase line efficiencies.
Active participant in all required meetings.
Perform work order quality audits to improve mechanical efficiencies of the team and recommending any disciplinary action as necessary.
Perform safety training and enforce safety procedures for production personnel.
Maintain safe working environment for all employees.
