About The Position

We are looking for our next thought leader who has a vision for excellent results at our Muncy, PA facility as a Maintenance Planner. This role will have you working with a variety of teams including operations, maintenance leadership, and food safety to plan and coordinate our way to success! As a vital member of our Maintenance team, your skills are essential to the entire facility’s smooth operation. We integrate integrity with excellence, ensuring our decisions are rooted in our commitment to quality and reliability. You will plan, lead, and execute various projects to enhance our maintenance reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED with substantial related work experience.
Experience with SAP or other maintenance planning software.
Ability to quickly develop an in-depth working knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, workflows, and procedures.
Ability to effectively motivate, communicate, delegate, negotiate and train and effectively achieve results through others.
Strong technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

Scheduling planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities whether through your own activities or the activities of the process and packing planners per our Work Order Management process.
Teamwork is key as you will be alongside the Maintenance Planning team and coordinating with Operations, Reliability and Quality & Food Safety.
