About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Maintenance Planner for its Hotline/Operations Group in Alcoa, Tennessee. The role acts as a liaison among production, engineering, and maintenance, while supporting these departments with data entry, recordkeeping, documentation, and supply ordering. The position reports directly to the Maintenance Superintendent. This is a temp-to-perm role with 12-hour shifts following a 2/3/3/2 pattern. Employees are typically assigned to either days or nights and remain on that shift, but must be able to work either shift when business needs require it. Weekend work is required every other weekend. The planner prepares and schedules maintenance work, ensures required information and resources are ready, and supports safe and effective execution. Work orders are written in Oracle eAM, and parts and special tools are pre-kitted to reduce time spent searching for materials and maximize wrench time. The position also maintains schedules and documentation, supports continuous improvement, and may backfill for the Maintenance Supervisor during vacations, weekends, and outages.
