Requirements

Bring mechanical aptitude, knowledge of maintenance practices, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS/EAM systems.
Hold a post-secondary technical degree or trade certification, with 3–5 years of relevant maintenance planning experience and understanding of preventative/predictive maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring efficient workflows and minimal operational interruptions.
Manage CMMS/EAM systems, maintain accurate records, and implement best practices for maintenance processes.
Lead and support tradespeople, fostering productivity, safety, and effective communication across teams.
Organize tools, materials, and contractors; develop job scopes, estimates, and schedules to meet operational needs.
Analyze data, monitor performance, and drive improvements in maintenance efficiency, cost savings, and compliance.
