About The Position

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. The franchisee provides the tools and training needed to succeed. This is a full-time, day-shift position located at Hwy. 326 in Ocala, Florida, with a stated pay range of $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. The restaurant is owned and operated by an independent McDonald’s franchisee, which is the employer and makes all employment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, interior and exterior windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
• Unload the delivery truck twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and remove debris from the roof.
