About The Position
We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Partner to join our Plant Operations team. This isn't a "sit-back" kind of job; we need someone who is handy, proactive, and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty with groundwork or mechanical repairs. You’ll report directly to the Director of Plant Operations and handle the day-to-day upkeep that keeps this place running.
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance or facility operations.
- Comfortable with standard building trades and general maintenance equipment.
- Ability to be on your feet most of the day, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in different weather conditions and wearing the right gear for the job.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Handle the "bread and butter" of facility maintenance—plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic mechanical repairs.
- Keeping the outside as functional as the inside. This includes routine groundwork as needed.
- Work with a wide range of hand and power tools, ensuring competence and safety.
- Work on solo projects but also jump in with the rest of the crew on larger facility repairs.
