The Role The a16z Executive Talent team operates in an innovative, progressive and thoughtful way to build a network of stellar executive talent. The HiPo (High Potential) G&A Partner will assess, build, and manage a network of emerging finance, legal, and operations leaders between Manager and Director level for the benefit of our key customers and stakeholders. This role is based out of our San Francisco Bay Area offices. Requirements

6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for G&A leaders
Ability to influence and partner with Founders, CEOs, and other executives
Passion for and experience building a network of diverse talent
Experience in developing and cultivating relationships with director level and manager level talent, search firms and staffing organizations.
Strong network of relationships in the technology sector
Experience in assessment, recruitment, and team building, as well as exposure to compensation trends and benchmarking
Proven track record of managing a fast paced workload, balancing multiple tasks and priorities, and switching gears seamlessly
Proficiency with clear, concise, and high quality written communication.
Demonstrated desire to help others
Energized by meeting and assessing talent as a natural “connector.”
Insightful about people and organizations. Able to understand, evaluate and articulate motivations and organizational dynamics.
Self-starter; strong mental agility, creative thinking, astute research and problem solving skills.
