As a Recruiter based in our San Francisco office, you will work closely with leaders in our Go-To-Market and Corporate Practices hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Corporate roles. You will help build their teams by identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing top candidates. Through your strong relationships and thorough understanding of the needs of the practice, the team, and the role beyond the job description, you will be a trusted advisor providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process. You will be a true culture first ambassador, creating meaningful candidate experiences, selling the Culture Amp vision, and communicating thoughtfully both internally and externally. Please note, this is a hybrid position. Ability to work in our San Francisco office 2x per week is required. Remote applications will not be considered.
