As our Talent Partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting for some of SonderMind's most important functions: clinical operations, go-to-market, finance, G&A, and people. You will report to the Manager, Talent, and be one of the primary faces of SonderMind in the talent market. This is a role built on genuine partnership. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their teams and needs, set a high bar for quality in every search, and represent SonderMind with care and authenticity in every candidate interaction.
