As a Talent Partner, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple Foundation properties, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver a positive, mission-aligned candidate experience. You'll screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions, and manage hiring systems, compliance requirements, and offer preparation. You'll also play a key role in onboarding by coordinating orientations, leading welcome communications, and supporting new hires and leaders through the first 90 days. Throughout the process, you'll help maintain job documentation, improve recruiting and onboarding practices, and serve as a trusted HR partner who supports people, culture, and engagement. Johnny Morris' Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium is the largest, most-immersive fish and wildlife attraction in the world. The facility consists of a 1.5-million-gallon Aquarium Adventure showcasing 35,000 live fish, mammals, reptiles, amphibians and birds, and immersive Wildlife Galleries sharing the story of America's most significant conservationists throughout history and today. Created by noted conservationist and Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris, the 350,000-square-foot experience celebrates people who hunt, fish, and act as stewards of the land and water.
