C&B Piping, LLC is looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance operator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone which who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoys working independently, is a self-starter, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes for our Operations team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, inspecting, and performing preventative maintenance on operation equipment. Our ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience with previous work in maintaining equipment and making safety a top priority.

Requirements

Previous experience in a maintenance role, industrial mechanic, or related role highly preferred.
Must know mechanical and electrical systems.
Have a knowledge of troubleshooting motors, controls, drives, and heavy machinery equipment.
Ability to read, interpret electrical and technical drawings along with manuals with impeccable problem-solving skills and ability to work through to completion on repairs/updates.
Have a strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
High School diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience with technical training or certificates are preferred.
Strong attention to detail, dependable, and takes pride in the quality of their work.

Responsibilities

Performing preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment as needed and all machine components.
Diagnose malfunctions and complete repairs in a timely manner.
Perform safety inspections and ensure equipment complies with our company and OSHA standards.
Always maintaining accurate maintenance and inspection records.
Working independently along with working closely with our maintenance and operations team, minimizing downtime and keeping everyone up to date.
Assist with installations, upgrades, modifications and support additional maintenance duties as assigned.
Maintain good housekeeping and keeping your area clean, safe, and orderly.
