About The Position
The Maintenance Operator I supports production equipment and facility maintenance to ensure a safe workplace and minimize downtime. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to learn and grow.
Requirements
- Trade School or associate’s degree in industrial maintenance (or equivalent experience)
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read schematics and perform basic troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willing to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Perform basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and building maintenance
- Complete preventative maintenance and repair work orders
- Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues
- Use tools and diagnostics to identify problems
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- Follow safety rules, work instructions, and company policies
- Assist with training and cross-training as needed
