Requirements

Responsible for preparing and maintaining all records associated with the work performed, including work orders, purchase orders, inventory records and all associated computer database inputs.
Responsible for keeping their work area clean and orderly at all times following the 5S principles.
Support 5S Lean practices: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment
Create, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic circuits
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC programs and associated equipment.
Provide suggestions during incident investigations
Help maintain spare parts list and work with internal supplier to manage list
Read technical manuals to understand equipment and controls
Disassemble machinery and equipment when there is a problem
Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components
Perform tests and run initial batches to make sure that the machine is running smoothly
Detect minor problems by performing basic diagnostic tests
Test malfunctioning machinery to determine whether major repairs are needed
Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications
Clean and lubricate equipment or machinery
Move machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

Installation, repair, and maintenance of all plant equipment.
Maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds.
Setting up equipment as needed.
Preparing and maintaining all records associated with the work performed, including work orders, purchase orders, inventory records and all associated computer database inputs.
Keeping their work area clean and orderly at all times following the 5S principles.
Supporting 5S Lean practices: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.
Troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
Creating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and electronic circuits.
Maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing PLC programs and associated equipment.
