This is a casual role with no set shifts, where hours will vary based on operational needs, so flexibility and availability across different days and times is essential.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the presentation of the home is of the highest standard.
- Work both inside and outside, performing a multitude of different tasks.
- Support residents with their maintenance requirements.
- Co-ordinate the maintenance program.
- Maintain excellent records.
