About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Millwrights for projects located in or around Nampa, ID. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $29-$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing or steel fabrication preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
- Commitment to safety and use of required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, gloves)
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on CNC machinery, welding systems, cranes, and forklifts
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Maintain facility infrastructure, including air lines, lighting, and general shop safety
- Keep accurate logs of inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Work collaboratively and adapt to training on specialized steel production machinery
