Requirements

Experience working on mechanical equipment.
Knowledge in Pipefitting, Boiler making, Ironworking.
Capable of basic computer use.
Must be a team player and possess a positive attitude.
Must have knowledge of towers/columns, exchangers.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial maintenance environment.

Nice To Haves

Torch use and welding certification a plus.
NCCER Plus Certification

Responsibilities

Complete repairs on pumps, gaskets, valves, mechanical seals, agitators, motors, conveyor systems, piping systems, and production machines.
Identify all tools required for tasks and identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.
Minor valve maintenance and repair
Test piping systems
Oxygen and acetylene cutting
Basic rigging
Operation of pneumatic and electric tools
Basic plumbing repair
Identify materials and layout on trays; install valves, trays and strainers; introduction to piping systems; pipefitting; manually cut pipe; and basic rigging.
