About The Position
Complete Building Services (CBS), a building operations and facilities maintenance company and a division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc., is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Hanover, MD. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems for assigned equipment.
Requirements
- Three to Five (3-5) years experience in basic maintenance including repairs of basic electrical, lights and ballast, tours/logs/running chillers, painting and drywall, plumbing and maintenance on exhaust fans, changing AHU filters, changing fan belts, unit heaters, waterless toilet, fan-coil units, and experience with fire alarm panels along with daily equipment tours
- Three to Five (3-5) years of Commercial building experience
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work occasional over time as necessary
- Strong customer service skills
- Availability for on-call emergencies
Responsibilities
- Repairs of basic electrical, lights and ballast

- Painting and drywall
- Plumbing and maintenance on exhaust fans
- Change AHU filters
- Change fan belts, unit heaters, waterless toilet, fan-coil units
- Experience with fire alarm panels along with daily equipment tours
- Perform other duties as assigned
