About The Position

This position will have responsibility for maintaining and repairing existing production equipment. Maintenance Mechanic – Keep Our Operations Running Smoothly! We’re looking for Maintenance Mechanics to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and improving our production equipment. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Experience with industrial voltages up to 480V and EAM CMMS systems.
Skilled in using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, DMMs, etc.).
Familiarity with metal fabrication and modular equipment movement.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and digital communication tools.
Advanced knowledge of machine operations and mechanical functions.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of ladder logic, relay logic, and motor controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Fabricate or adjust parts as needed to meet equipment specifications.
Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
Document maintenance activities and communicate ongoing needs.
Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Respond to production line calls and recommend necessary parts.
Disassemble, repair, and troubleshoot plant machines.
Make simple parts or equipment and tools.
