Requirements

• HVAC Preventive maintenance and repairs to Ice machines, package roof top units and air-handling systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the director of plant operation and master electrician with repair and preventive maintenance of plant and hospital equipment.
• Conduct inspection of plant and hospital equipment, and patient areas, making recommendations to the Director Of Plant Operations and Master Electricians.
• Assist with implementation of new procedures and safety practices.
• Perform maintenance in patient areas, including, but not limited to light replacements, HVAC and electrical distribution, plumbing repairs, minor electrical repairs, touch up painting, and related activities.
• Perform HVAC Preventive maintenance and repairs to Ice machines, package roof top units and air-handling systems.
