About The Position

Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. This includes responding to hot/cold calls, changing out lighting, minor repairs to equipment, routine plumbing calls, replacing ceiling tiles, minor window and roof repairs, and conducting daily rounds of the facility to maintain a safe environment. The role also involves assisting other trades when additional help is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade.

• Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field.
