About The Position
Manage a section of the maintenance department, ensuring machinery and equipment are maintained for reliable production. Execute preventative maintenance tasks and manage breakdowns efficiently. Assist in planning and resourcing for PPM and maintenance shutdowns. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team. Support leadership in coordinating the team’s workload and professional development. Uphold safety and quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide leadership and mentoring to the team.
