About The Position
Parallel Employment Group is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a long-term customer in Lancaster, NY. The customer is looking for a candidate with 3 years of experience, comfortable working on industrial machines and equipment in warehouse spaces.
Requirements
- 3 years general mechanical experience
- Must have own basic set of tools
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift weight up to 50 lbs.
- Able to perform routine bending
- Able to learn and follow work instructions and safety rules
Responsibilities
- Hydraulics
- Electrical
- Pneumatics
- Preventive maintenance
- Trouble shooting
- Repair of non ferrous metal machinery
- Able to follow rules and safety procedure
- STWB
- Utilize safety equipment properly
- General Safety Rules including Lockout/Tagout
- Hands on work with ability to be safe and accept supervision
