Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Ability to read technical manuals and interpret schematics.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and plant safety procedures.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Technical certification in mechanical or electrical systems.
Experience with CMMS software.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures; reinforce with peers.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Diagnose equipment issues and implement cost-effective solutions.
Operate and maintain forklifts/highboys; complete required training.
Maintain accurate documentation for repairs, purchases, and inventory.
Schedule and track maintenance using CMMS to reduce downtime.
Research and recommend standardized equipment to optimize spare parts.
Train and mentor maintenance team members.
