About The Position

Our Kenly, North Carolina facility has an immediate opportunity for a dependable, skilled Maintenance Mechanic for our 2nd shift operation. Qualified individuals prefer at least (5) five years of experience with industrial and forklift maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to perform preventive and immediate response maintenance, with hands-on experience in the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment. Experience maintaining and repairing powered stand-up and sit-down truck equipment is also desired. The role requires problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with experience in troubleshooting both CNC and PLC equipment being a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to be a quick starter, self-driven, and priority-focused in planning are essential. The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks successfully, work within a team, and possess the talent to recognize and propose continuous improvement processes. Proficient computer skills (MS Office Word, Excel & Explorer) and availability to work a flexible schedule as needed are also required.

Requirements
