Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment in an industrial setting
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
- Proven commitment to safety practices and hazard recognition
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions
- Effective teamwork and communication skills with a proactive problem solving approach
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
- Inspect machinery and identify opportunities for reliability and safety improvements
- Fabricate, assemble, and install components using appropriate tools and techniques
- Follow safety procedures and document maintenance activities accurately
