About The Position

This role is responsible for the construction, maintenance, and testing of mechanical equipment, machinery, and components. The Maintenance Mechanic will identify parts needing replacement, utilize shop mathematics and interpret drawings to adjust, maintain, or repair machinery. They will respond to production areas to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, communicate with production management and personnel, and perform preventive maintenance. The goal is to complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency, managing time and resources effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum 1-2 years industrial maintenance experience
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment
• General mathematic ability required to perform job
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings
• Basic knowledge of standard and metric measures
• Must be able to work assigned days/shifts (including some weekends)

Responsibilities
