This position requires on-call assignments as needed with ability for a 30 minute response time to hospital grounds upon notification.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Previous experience in blue print reading, commericla plumbing, and electrical applications required.
Handle with Care training required within 1 year of hire.

Nice To Haves

Graduate of a 2-year college with courses in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance preferred.
HVAC Certification strongly preferred.
EPA Universal Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs basic operational duties to include repairs, preventative maintenance, record keeping, and troubleshooting equipment in the general maintenance field.
Provides advanced work in specialty areas such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical. Maintains all refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
