Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Prior experience working in a shop environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer skills, including email and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Basic welding and fabrication experience.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Ability to interpret equipment parts breakdowns.
  • Maintain a high level of organization.
  • Strong commitment to safety.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and organizing company tools and equipment to ensure they are safe, functional, and readily available to support field operations.
  • Maximizing tool life, minimizing downtime, and maintaining accurate inventory and asset management.
