Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Mechanically inclined.
Prior experience working in a shop environment.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer skills, including email and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Basic welding and fabrication experience.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
Ability to interpret equipment parts breakdowns.
Maintain a high level of organization.
Strong commitment to safety.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and organizing company tools and equipment to ensure they are safe, functional, and readily available to support field operations.
Maximizing tool life, minimizing downtime, and maintaining accurate inventory and asset management.
