About The Position

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining manufacturing, packaging, and material handling equipment with minimal supervision. This role involves performing preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime, troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to resolve issues efficiently, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. You will also collaborate with production teams, vendors, and contractors while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Requirements

High school diploma with continuing education or certifications in industrial maintenance
3–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP)
