As a Maintenance Mechanic on our Tenant Services team, you'll be the go-to problem solver for a prestigious campus environment featuring two Class "A" office buildings. This fast-paced role centers on delivering the Gold Standard in customer service while maintaining the physical environment that allows our clients and their tenants to thrive. You'll handle everything from lighting repairs and minor plumbing work to furniture installation and general building maintenance, ensuring that every request is met with professionalism and efficiency.
