The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for operating electrical/electronic test equipment for diagnostics and troubleshooting. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical drives, servo motors, and electronic control systems. The mechanic will perform electrical circuit installation, replacement, and modifications with minimal supervision, completing electrical projects to the highest standards. Responsibilities also include disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling mechanical and electrical production equipment, interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, and manuals. Effective communication with team members, leading and mentoring other maintenance associates, and developing/documenting maintenance procedures are key. The role requires prioritizing tasks, maintaining spare parts inventory, and collaborating with the engineering department. Adherence to all work instructions, safety policies, and procedures, including the use of PPE, is mandatory.
