About The Position

Join Envalior - Imagine The Future! We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on the 2nd Shift at our Evansville, Indiana facility. At Envalior, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining and optimizing the operation of our state-of-the-art production equipment in a fast-paced environment. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with operations and engineering teams to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical systems, contributing to Envalior's mission of delivering innovative, high-performance materials. Shift hours: Approximately 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar mechanical mechanic role
Proficient in diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and repairing equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and other rotating machinery
Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Experience with welding, rigging, and safe operation of hand and power tools
Familiarity with safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Basic computer skills for work order management and communication
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively on the 2nd shift schedule
Must reside within daily commuting distance of the Evansville, Indiana facility

Technical education or vocational training in mechanics, mechatronics, or related fields preferred
