About The Position

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment to keep production running safely and reliably. This role involves applying multi-craft maintenance skills to help maximize equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and safety. You will respond to maintenance calls, inspect machines, identify needed repairs, and take corrective action. The position also utilizes preventative maintenance systems and work order tracking to support equipment reliability.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age or older
Required to work on weekends and holidays
Ability to lift 15 to 50 points with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without accommodation
Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
Willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces

Nice To Haves

Deep understanding of high-voltage wiring (480V 3-phase motors)
Multi-craft maintenance and repair (e.g. performing interrelated repairs on electrical systems and mechanical systems)

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, and pumps
Diagnose and repair AC/DC electrical systems using schematics and electrical testing equipment
Use preventative maintenance systems and work order tracking to support equipment reliability
Respond to maintenance calls, inspect machines, identify needed repairs, and take corrective action
Apply multi-craft maintenance skills to help maximize equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and safety
