Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Valid state driver's license; additional licenses as required by local jurisdiction
  • Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and motor vehicle record screening
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems and equipment.
  • Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, documenting conditions that affect client operations.
  • Handle general interior maintenance including picture hanging, keyboard tray installation, office furniture repairs, and door adjustments.
  • Support the operations team with building equipment maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Move office furniture, machinery, and materials as needed.
  • Replace lighting fixtures and ballasts.
  • Service HVAC systems by cleaning coils and changing filters and belts.
  • Complete assigned safety trainings and hazard assessments while maintaining compliance with all safety procedures and local codes.
  • Update work orders in real time using CMMS systems like 360 Facility.
  • Perform vehicle safety inspections when applicable.
  • Escalate issues to customers and managers promptly and attend required work and safety meetings.
