Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Valid state driver's license; additional licenses as required by local jurisdiction
- Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and motor vehicle record screening
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems and equipment.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, documenting conditions that affect client operations.
- Handle general interior maintenance including picture hanging, keyboard tray installation, office furniture repairs, and door adjustments.
- Support the operations team with building equipment maintenance and repair tasks.
- Move office furniture, machinery, and materials as needed.
- Replace lighting fixtures and ballasts.
- Service HVAC systems by cleaning coils and changing filters and belts.
- Complete assigned safety trainings and hazard assessments while maintaining compliance with all safety procedures and local codes.
- Update work orders in real time using CMMS systems like 360 Facility.
- Perform vehicle safety inspections when applicable.
- Escalate issues to customers and managers promptly and attend required work and safety meetings.
