Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED + Trades
- Must possess a Universal CFC License
- High pressure steam/Chillers on-site
- Driver's License
- 2-7 years' commercial building or college campus experience
- Must have basic boiler and fire alarm experience
- BAS/EMS experience
Nice To Haves
- Hotel experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform a full and thorough tour of central plant mechanical equipment every shift.
- Completing preventative maintenance and tasks and reactive maintenance requests.
- Perform preventative and general maintenance
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and electrical
- Plumbing repairs
- Kitchen appliance repair
- Conduct daily building/equipment tours
- Perform other duties as assigned
