Overview Responsible for safely performing preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment throughout the facility. This position maintains the reliability and integrity of both rotating and fixed equipment, including pumps, agitators, heat exchangers, piping systems, valves, tanks, and associated process equipment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years' experience in plant maintenance
Must be able to perform heavy lifting and function in a confined space

Nice To Haves

Welding experience is a plus
Pipefitter experience is a plus
Millwright experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform general plant maintenance activities such as replacing valves, pipefitting, pulling heat exchanger heads for testing/repair
Responsible for performing preventative maintenance activities and troubleshooting equipment issues
Perform repairs on various types of rotating equipment such as centrifugal pumps, agitators, liquid ring vacuum pumps, and dry screw vacuum pumps
Disassemble, refurbish, and reinstall various types of centrifugal pumps
Work safely and follow all company EHS policies and procedures
Maintain proper documentation in SAP and plant equipment files
