About The Position

Rosina Food Products is hiring Maintenance Technicians/Mechanics at its West Seneca facility. The role performs routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment in a fast-paced food production setting. Mechanics troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, fabricate or repair parts using shop tools, follow safety and food safety standards, document work, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. The position is full-time, with multiple shifts available; applicants should indicate their availability.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication.
• Ability to read schematics and manuals.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and occasionally push or pull up to 100 lbs.
• Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Use lathes, grinders, welders, and hand tools to fabricate or repair parts.
• Follow safety and food safety standards, including USDA, OSHA, GMP, and HACCP.
• Keep records of work completed and issues identified.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
