Requirements
- High school diploma with continuing education or certifications in industrial maintenance
- 3–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP)
Nice To Haves
- PLC experience (Allen Bradley / Siemens)
- Welding
- Blueprint reading
- Formal technical training
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain manufacturing, packaging, and material handling equipment with minimal supervision
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
- Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to resolve issues efficiently
- Support continuous improvement efforts, including root cause analysis and small equipment upgrade projects
- Collaborate with production teams, vendors, and contractors while maintaining safety and compliance standards
