About The Position

C Global Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Mechanic who is equally comfortable working on automotive equipment and facility maintenance. This role is essential to maintaining the reliability of company vehicles and the functionality of company properties and job sites. This is a hands-on, dynamic position—one day you may be performing brake repairs on fleet vehicles, and the next troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, or structural issues within company facilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work across multiple disciplines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in automotive repair and general maintenance or handyman work.
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Ability to work in confined spaces or at heights when necessary
  • Visual and manual dexterity to diagnose and repair mechanical issues

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certification or technical/trade school training.
  • Experience with HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
  • Welding or fabrication experience.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems (CMMS).
  • Experience in construction or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on company fleet (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services).
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues (brakes, suspension, starters, batteries, etc.).
  • Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
  • Perform general repairs including drywall, painting, and door hardware.
  • Handle basic plumbing (leaks, faucet replacements) and electrical work (switches, outlets, lighting fixtures).
  • Conduct preventive and seasonal maintenance (HVAC filter changes, pressure washing, gutter cleaning).
  • Assist with minor construction or renovation projects as needed.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement timely, effective solutions.
  • Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders.
  • Maintain organized records of maintenance, repairs, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.
  • Travel between job sites and company locations as required.
