About The Position

Direct Hire I.K. Hofmann USA has a need for a Maintenance Mechanic in Cartersville, Ga. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability through effectively reporting required PM's, supporting daily plant operations through effective repair and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical plant and equipment systems, and the proper running and maintenance of all industrial machinery. The position also involves electrical troubleshooting and repair maintenance on manufacturing machinery and assisting in efficiently carrying out all tasks on a daily basis.

Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the United States for any company without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Must be able to move up to 50lbs.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for some parts of the day
Must be able to position oneself as needed
Must be able to wear protective gear such as steel toed boots
Are sometimes exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures. Workspaces may not be temperature-controlled.
May have to get into awkward positions to reach cramped workspaces.

Responsibilities
