About The Position
Under the general supervision of the Plant Operations Director, the Maintenance Mechanic performs maintenance, repairs, and installation of hospital and clinic equipment and mechanical systems. Maintains accurate records and ensures enlistment of new equipment in to the facility Equipment Management System.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ODL Class II Boiler Operator within six (6) months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hospital maintenance field.
- Mechanical Journeyman License.
Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance, repairs, and installation of hospital and clinic equipment and mechanical systems.
- Maintains accurate records.
- Ensures enlistment of new equipment into the facility Equipment Management System.
