About The Position
All America Threaded Products has an opportunity available for a Maintenance and Electrical Mechanic! This position starts at $30-$34 an hour. This position will be on-site at our facility in Lancaster, PA. Requirements
- At least 2 years performing maintenance on assembly line machines.
- Ability to assess and fix routine electrical issues with production machines.
- General knowledge of PLCs.
- Ability to read and understand pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric documentation and drawings and interpret equipment data.
- Experience with tools such as a multimeter.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs in weight and stay on their feet for 8 hours at a time.
- Being “Coachable” and willing to learn new skills and responsibilities.
- Comfort with voltages up to 480V 3PH.
- Being able to work with and without supervision to specific targets and timetables.
- Demonstrating a “Can do” attitude in a company determined to be the leader in their field.
- Be able to get to work in time to start their shift every day.
- Be legally allowed to work in the USA and be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident, (Green Card Holder).
Nice To Haves
- Welding experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting electrical malfunctions, mechanical stoppages, breakdowns, general preventative maintenance, and lubrication.
- Working in a busy industrial manufacturing environment.
- Adhering to company safety requirements.
- Operating a scissor lift and working with heights.
- Complete preventative maintenance of equipment, including inspecting, calibrating, safety checks, and repairing/replacing broken or worn components to include belts, bearings, gear systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshooting and repairing motors (110V-480V), drives, and controls.
- Performing diagnostics on various systems and troubleshooting equipment such as relays, contactors, motor starters, overloads, timers, VFDs, PLCs, proximity switches, and light curtains.
- Installing conduit and wire.
