Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced PLC Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship program preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of PLCs, including programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues to identify root causes and implement solutions
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of machinery
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
