About The Position

Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our Maintenance Department in the role of Maintenance Tech I or II. This position is 1.0 (40 hours per week) and will work Monday-Friday, days with an on-call rotation. The position provides a comfortable environment, 24 hours per day, for patients, visitors, medical staff and employees. Such provision must be in compliance with JCAHO Standards, local, state and federal regulations. The environment includes all structures and the grounds surrounding them.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diversified background of maintenance skill with technical training
• Technical training focusing on heating systems, ventilating systems, air conditioning systems, plumbing, electricity, pneumatics and components of the various systems
• Experience with or understanding of heating systems, ventilating systems, air conditioning systems, plumbing, electricity, pneumatics and components of the various systems
• General interior and exterior building maintenance

Nice To Haves

• 5 years of diversified background of maintenance skill with technical training (for Tech II)
• Healthcare maintenance experience highly preferred (for Tech II)
