Maintenance Mechanic
About The Position
Grace is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician. Starting wage of $26.00 with growth potential to over $35.00! The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining chemical processes, including piping, equipment and pumps. This includes both routine preventative maintenance and day to day troubleshooting of issues to ensure proper and efficient operations at a 24/7 manufacturing site. This position will report to the Maintenance Superintendent and will be located at the Tyrone Pennsylvania site. This position will work a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Proven experience working from heights
- 2+ years experience in a maintenance trade position.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with safety procedures, such as lock out/tag out, hot work, etc.
- Experience working a rotating schedule.
Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems at the facility.
- Repairing and troubleshooting chemical process equipment.
- Removing idle chemical process pipes.
- Utilize non-routine, setup, hot work, lockout tagout, and confined space permits regularly.
- Other site related repair and maintenance tasks
