About The Position
The Maintenance Mechanic at Parker at River Road is a per diem position responsible for performing a variety of carpentry, painting, cleaning, and elementary electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining the facility, which is recognized as a high-quality nursing care residence and a compassionate community. Requirements
- High School graduate or GED required, including courses in Shop, Mathematics, General Science, Plumbing, Basic Electricity 1, HVAC.
- At least two years of experience in the building trade.
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license.
- Flu vaccination required during flu season.
Nice To Haves
- Black seal boiler license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of carpentry, painting, cleaning, and elementary electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing tasks.
- Drive company vehicle.
- May travel between facilities as required and/or scheduled.
