About The Position

The CNA will ensure that those we serve receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere. Parker at River Road nursing care residence is a welcoming and caring home where our employees provide personalized nursing care in a comforting environment for 79 elders. Evergreen Way, located within Parker at River Road, is an innovative memory care neighborhood, designed in the “small home” model. Our dedicated care partners provide the highest quality of care where personal preferences of the elders we serve are respected and honored. Using a team approach, they deliver comprehensive, round-the-clock, exceptional nursing care and services to our elders. Requirements

Currently active unencumbered CNA certification in NJ.
High School graduate or GED required.
Experience with the geriatric population.
Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner.
Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language.
Flu vaccine required during flu season.
